André Haag to step down as Chief Financial Officer ASN Bank

Summary

ASN Bank announces that André Haag will step down from his position as CFO and member of the Executive Board of ASN Bank as of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) in April 2026. His regular first term in office expires with the AGM after which he will ensure a smooth handover of duties. André Haag has informed the Supervisory Board not to be available for a second term in office to pursue career opportunities outside ASN Bank.

Gerard van Olphen, Chair of the Supervisory Board of ASN Bank: “The Supervisory Board regrets that André has decided not to seek a second term but respects his decision. His leadership and financial track record have been instrumental in the development of the bank in the past four years. We are very grateful to André for this.”

With his vision and experience André has made a valuable contribution to the development of our ‘Simplify and Grow” strategy, which we presented in November last year. I would like to sincerely thank him on behalf of all our colleagues and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”

The Supervisory Board of ASN Bank has started the recruitment process for the succession of the CFO position.
